Next generation icon, future color concept

The new Scrambler Icon allows riders to combine different colors without having to swap bikes. New interchangeable tank covers allow the rider’s personality to be reflected in the colors. Technical elements have also evolved in both aesthetics and function. Full LED lights are now available, and the circular headlight featuring the classic “X” shape and daytime running lights (DRLs) positioned outside the lens are now even more modern in style, while retaining the image of their predecessors. The chassis, consisting of a swingarm and trellis frame, has also been updated. Likewise, the Desmodue engine, the most distinctive feature of the Ducati Scrambler, has been modernized in its engineering, contributing to an overall weight reduction of approximately 4 kg compared to the previous generation version.

 

■Customizable

In addition to the three standard colors, the next-generation Scrambler now comes in six additional colors available as accessories, including front and rear mudguards, headlight covers, and wheel tags.

 

■Improved rideability

In the new generation, the shock absorber is located in the center of the swing arm instead of on the left side of the body. The steering angle and handlebar position have also been revised for improved handling.

■Electronics

The new 4.3-inch TFT instrument panel retains the modern-classic look of its predecessor, while the new ride-by-wire system improves response across the entire rpm range.
